HAMMOND, LA – Tangipahoa Parish Sheriff Daniel Edwards announces that the Sheriff’s Office will be conducting a Sobriety/Impaired Driver Checkpoint tonight July 30, 2010 and tomorrow night August 1, 2010.  These Checkpoints will both be conducted on the south end of Tangipahoa Parish. 

Checkpoints will begin at approximately 10:00 P.M. that evening and will continue until approximately 4:00 AM the following morning (weather permitting).

        Drive Impaired Get Arrested & Remember, the only designated driver is the person who has had NO ALCOHOL.
